Name, description, capacity, address, facilities checklist and your contact details. Save it as a draft while you work on it; nobody sees it until you switch it to active.

Add photos

Upload straight from your phone or computer. Photos are resized and optimised automatically, so hall pages load fast. The first photo is your cover; drag the order with the arrows.

Set your pricing

Sell the whole day, or split it into Morning and Evening sessions with their own hours and prices. Set weekday and weekend (Sat–Sun, optionally Fri) rates and a cleaning fee. Guests see the exact total for the date and session they pick.

Block dates and go live

Block any dates you can't host, set the status to active, and share your listing link. Booking requests and questions arrive by email.

Live availability

Guests only see dates that are actually free. Confirmed and pending bookings and your blocked dates are greyed out automatically, and two guests can never book the same day.

Booking requests by email

Every request lands in your inbox with the guest's name, phone, event type, guest count and message. Confirm or decline from the email link or your dashboard.

Calendar view

A month grid of your bookings. Click a free day to block it, click a booking to see the guest and confirm or cancel on the spot.

Sync to Google, Apple or Outlook

Subscribe once to your private feed and every booking shows up in the calendar you already use. Confirmations also come with a calendar invite attached.

Guest questions

Guests can ask about catering, timing or decorations before booking. You're emailed, you reply from your dashboard, and your answer is published on the listing to help the next guest.

Reviews and guest photos

After their event, guests leave a star rating, a review and photos of your hall in action. Great reviews move you up in search.

Pause any time

Renovating or fully booked? Pause the listing and it disappears from search while keeping all your bookings and reviews.

Verified guests

Every guest confirms their email before they can book or ask a question, and spam protection keeps bots out.

Request arrives

They send a request for a date. You get an email and the date is held as pending so nobody else can take it.

Event and review

You arrange the details directly with the guest. Afterwards they leave a review and photos on your listing.

Common questions

What does it cost?: Listing is free and there is no commission on bookings. You collect payment from the guest directly, in whatever way you already do.
How do I get paid?: Bookings on Book My Party Hall are requests that you confirm. Deposits and payment are arranged between you and the guest. Mention your terms in the pricing notes so guests know what to expect.
Can I say no to a request?: Yes. Cancel it from your dashboard and the guest is notified and the date opens up again.
How do guests contact me?: Your contact name, phone and email are shown on the listing and in every booking email, and guests can ask questions through the site.
Can I list more than one hall?: Yes, add as many as you like. Each has its own page, calendar, bookings and feed.
I don't have a street address I want to show.: The address is used for the map and shown to guests, as venues normally do. You can leave the exact coordinates blank; the map will use the address.
